At About Care Home Care, we understand the challenges of continuing daily tasks and activities without the worry. With our companionship services, our caregivers are there for however long to bring your loved one the support they need to not only cook or clean but to also plan activities that are enjoyable to them. The responsibility of the caregiver is to provide emotional support, improve quality of life, and to provide companionship.

One of the best advantages of companionship is that it improves the quality of life of your loved one. The caregiver is able to form a relationship so that your family member looks forward to when they visit or spend time with them. Remove the worry from seniors so that they can continue to live life in its fullest manner. Shifts available from 1 to 24 hours.

Our 24-hour live-in companion care involves 24-hour shifts for those who would like to stay in their own homes longer. Care can include anything from help with cleaning, meal preparation, bathing, and transportation to appointments, shopping, or trips to the grocery store. (8 hours of sleep is required for your caregiver if live-in service is used).

In-home companion care consists of shorter visits but can provide the same amount of care as a live-in companion. The caregiver’s purpose is to build a personal relationship with the senior. By having a caregiver help with your loved one, you’ll always know that they are being well taken care of.
